SLA(Light curing Stereoforming)

SLM(Metal printing)

The principle is selective laser melting molding. Using metal powder as raw material, the prototype is manufactured by scanning the three dimensional entity surface by surface with laser. It is not limited by the complexity of the shape of parts, does not need any tooling, and has a wide range of applications.

1, Printing materials: stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, nickel base alloy, copper base alloy, etc

2, Processing size: 400mm*400mm*400mm

3, High precision: 0.1mm±/100mm

4. Low cost, save time, compared with CNC, 3D printing saves time, materials and costs

FDM(Wire printing)

Materials are generally thermoplastic materials, such as ABS nylon and other filamentous materials. The material is heated and melted in the sprinkler head, and the sprinkler head moves along the section outline and filling track of the parts. At the same time, the melting material is extruder, and the material quickly solidifies and condenses with the surrounding material.
